Welcome aboard! Our laboratory develops and uses molecular-scale computational
methods to provide a fundamental understanding of relevant biological and
synthetic systems, with the overarching aim of discovering new phenomena and
developing new materials and technologies. In particular, our current interests
fall within four themes: Genome organization and regulation,
Polymer-nanoparticle composites, DNA packaging molecular motors, and DNA
